Myglyindex mean mild on the glycemic index. All our food products are low glycemic index. Lemon Coriander soup consist of natural powder form of ingredients, with very high fibre. Our Soup product is unique because no added starch meaning sugar level safe in diabetic patients. This product don’t have salt and you need to add salt as per the dietary requirements. Naturally occurring fiber from plant source nearly around 2 gm of fiber in each serving helps in reduction of cholesterol levels, and allowing better management of hunger feeling. Natural Vegetable are dried and processed into powder form. Each sachet contains the plant dried leaves, stem, seeds, flower, fruit, tuber and rhizome. It brings out the real taste to the traditional Indian cooking. It contains no salt or sugars hence safe for repeated consumption or serving per day . These preparation have no extra added flavoring agents and truly taste as the ingredients., and nutritional values are displayed in the product sachets. Method of preparation: use normal jeera thadka and add 250 ml of water and boil add salt as per the taste
